Using localized version of mantis (french), we are unable to open existing tickets.

Open fail with error: No priority with name urgente.

Same error with other priority like "élevée", "normale" and so on...

Mantis version : 1.2.3

Thanks for the report.

MantisBT 1.2.3 and earlier suffered from a problem regarding internationalised installations. Some references are found in our wiki [1] . Please update to the latest version of MantisBT - currently 1.2.8 - and retry by refreshing the repository configuration and then opening the ticket.

For the future please use our support forums [2] and issue tracker [3] to obtain support and report issues.
