Build Identifier: 0.7.0.v201109061723

1. Start create new project wizard.
2. Input space in the 'Base package:' field, page displays that the input package name is not valid.
3. Input valid project name in 'Project Name" field.
4. Input valid package name in the 'Base package:' field again.
5. Page still prompts "Enter the name of the new project", and the Next button cannot be clicked.

Verified in 0.7.0.v201110110900, the original scenario is not valid - UI has been changed, so close the defect.
