When we add a comment in a Class diagram, then link it to a UML Element, an exception is raised. Moreover, it is not possible to re-open the diagram afterwards.

The problem seems to come from the oep.decoration plug-in.

Removed the dependency to GMF Notation

Added a test to prevent instantiation of a DecorationUtils with a Null parameter.

Removed the decoration for GMF Views which are not related to a semantic UML Element
