I tried creating a JPA project. IN JPA facet, i couldn't get any user library when i clicked download button and also Whenever i try to install new features, it shows Network error:connection refused. Kindly let me know what am i suppose to do. I am using Eclipse Helios 64 bit.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create new JPA project, Give the project name and in JPA facet, choose platform give Generic 2.0
2.In TYpe choose User Library.
3.click on donwload button, It searches for the libraries but nothin is displayed after search.

If it is general problem with any kind of network connection I suspect this belongs in ECF. But, not knowing anything about what network libraries are used by EclipseLink/JPA I'll start the bug there.

Generally this is an issue with not having correctly configured your proxy settings in the General->Network Connections preference page.  Is this configured correctly?

Setting as works for me until further feedback is received.
