I installed both the OTDT and the AJDT and then installed the AJDT 
spacewar example and tried to run spacewar.Game.

Initially this failed because the following line was generated into
the launch configuration:

<booleanAttribute key="org.eclipse.objectteams.launch" value="true"/>

In the GUI the checkbox "Enable OTRE" was checked but disabled.
