I have been making several changes to the AST that is produced by the egl parser. Because of this, I have had to comment out some code in the CodeFormatterVisitor class. This class needs to be modified to correctly handle the updated AST model.

The SQL part has been updated in CodeFormatterVisitor. Also fixed a foreach issue.
