The parametric diagram can not be set to dirty so it will no be saved.

To reproduce:
 1. Create a parametric diagram
 2. Create all elements you want
 3. The diagram is not dirty ( not * in front of the name)
 4. Look at the model explorer view. Everything look fine.
 5. Save
 6. Close
 7. Open Again
 8. Everything disappear.

Parametric diagram editor is about to be redesigned from scratch. I closed as invalid every old tasks open again previous version.
