I18n String messages used for Sphinx groups (e.g., TemplateGroup or ExtensionGroup) are local Messages for org.eclipse.sphinx.xtendxpand.ui plug-in. Therefore, these should kept in an internal package and the Message class should has no prefix. 

TODOs:

 - remove the org.eclipse.sphinx.xtendxpand.ui.groups.messages.Messages classes
 - merge content of this classe into org.eclipse.sphinx.xtendxpand.ui.internal.messages.Messages class.
