Build Identifier: 

When an exception occurs in a service or anywhere during an Acceleo generation,
it would be really useful to know which file was being generated at the time of the exception.
This info is available in the "targetPath" of the FileWriter in use, in the current context, I think.

A fix has been contributed on R3_1_maintenance, it will be available in Acceleo 3.1.1 RC3
