When the user presses the OK button to select an specific commit to be added as review item, 
the subclipse connectors will try to resolve the target and base versions associated to the commit, 
For slow connections to the server and/or long list of items, the process may take more than 10 seconds.
  This is for the most part not a problem but it's better to include a progress monitor to keep the user informaed.

The progress can tick an step per file resolved.
