Hi Will and JiYong

I tested the project creation after checking out latest source code, EDT spent about 20 - 30 seconds to create a new web client project. 

It is same as RBD, and I think this is fixed indirectly and the time consumed is reasonable because EDT have to import 2 big RUI projects.

Please reopen this defect if you think it is an issue must be improved.
