According to 

http://build.eclipse.org/indigo/simrel/reports/versionPatternCheck.txt

org.eclipse.nebula.widgets.compositetable_1.0.0 

does not contain 4 part version numbers. 

And it is the only one, out of 3608! 

Apparently this is not a regression ... was delivered this way for Indigo release also ... but ... would be good to fix it if/when you get a chance ... and, certainly if there were other changes being made to this bundle.
