There are a good number of properties that are not used for basic reviews however visible. 

E.g Review Exit Decision: it is available and editable but does not have any use - the proposal is to remove it for basic reviews
	  Anomaly State: Visible not editable and not used.
	  Anomaly Details: same as above.
	  
	  I think Rank,  Class and Due date should be available.

Removed unneded properties elements for basic reviews:

Review -> Decision Info tab

Participant -> Role Management and Time management tabs

Anomaly -> State, Reason for Rejection, Decided By, Fixed by, Follow up By

I also made Anomaly rank, class and due date enabled in basic reviews
