When people extend the Java generator, the code they generate may require a different runtime jar.  Our runtime jar is automatically added to an EGL project's Java Build Path.  The generator (or other tooling?) needs to be allow people to specify their own jar instead of ours.

Setting the target milestone to Future for bugs that won't be addressed in 0.8.2.
