Once reviews are completed, R4E shall prevent further editing.

e.g. using Basic Reviews (although may apply to all review types) is completed state.

the following properties are still available for editing:
	Review item: Description
	Anomaly: Title and Description
	Participant: Focus Area, e-mail, Roles, Time Management
	creation of General Anomalies, Linked Anomalies.

All commands and properties were reviewed and code was modified so that no properties are editable and only commands that do not change the model are allowed when the review is completed.  I also added decorators to highlight currently active treview (bold) and completed reviews (grayed out) in the review navigator view.
