This would simplify pushing a branch or tag, should have editable combos to select the target remote and target ref which should be pre-populated with reasonable default values (remote: origin, target ref either configured tracked ref or same as source ref).

Similar to bug 337747 which requests similar action in History View.

i have proposed a fix for this:
