Open Dojo widgets such as DojoAccordionContainer.egl. Several compile errors indicating that RUILib.INCLUDE_ALL_EXCEPT cannot be resolved.
RUILib.EXCLUDE_ALL, RUILib.EXCLUDE_ALL_EXCEPT, RUILib.INCLUDE_ALL also cannot compile.

I added them back as fields of an enumeration, eglx.ui.rui.FilterKind.  Brian is going to update the widgets.
