I noticed that there are some obsolete dependencies on the Mylyn versions plugins.  Please review and adjust accordingly.

The following dependencies don't seem to be needed unless they are indirect.
  ...cvs.core on org.eclipse.core.fileSystem
  ...versions.tests on mylyn.versions.ui

Feel free to remove the filesystem dependency but I would prefer to leave the ui dependency in case we add UI tests later.

Fixed and left the ui dependency in the test plug-in, as mentioned above.
