Verified EclipseLink 2.4.x platform is available when you create a new JPA project, also verify if you create EL-orm mapping file that the version is 2.4.  See the link to view test steps for verification.

We are actually going to be removing this for 3.1, I am setting this to 3.2 so we make sure to put it back in. EclispeLink 2.4 is not going to be coming out until March 2012, so it will not be released for Dali 3.1
