is anybody taking care of this issue?

we keep getting posts on the tycho news forum and would like users to use our mailing lists tycho-user and tycho-dev only

Since we were still getting some users attempting to post to the forum, I made the message about its closure into an "Announcement" and stuck it to the top of the forum. I also moved the forum into the Archived category.
