Can not prompt Library type when Constant Assist after a new library

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Define a Library then Constant Assist after 'type'
2.But if you Constant Assist when create the Library, you can find there is RUIPropertiesLibrary in the prompted list
Whether EDT supports RUIPropertiesLibrary? If not please remove it from the assist list.
If EDT supports it, please add it into the assist list after 'type'
