JavaGen is running on RUIhandlers & RUIWidgets now, and producing generation errors. We probably should have JavaGenerator ignore Parts that it can not handle. If it runs on these parts, we have to clear the generation errors.

I added a check to HandlerTemplate which prevents it from generating anything for RUIHandlers and RUIWidgets.
