When creating a patch and selecting save "In workspace", it would be useful if the following dialog could default the current location to the current project in which the patch is being extracted/created.  I believe it currently sits on the very first project in the workspace.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Modify an SVN-based project
2. Team->Create patch...
3. Change to "In workspace"
4. Observe default location.
