I20110809-0800

1. Window > Preferences > Plug-in Development > Target Platform
2. Select a target > Edit...
3. Implicit Dependencies > Add...
4. Hit ESC and ESC again. The 'Edit Target Definition' dialog doesn't go away. You will notice it doesn't actually have focus.

Fixed in master.  See TargetDefinitionContentPage.java
