There are currently team provider integration in Mylyn Context as well as Mylyn Versions. To avoid confusion, reduce features that need to be installed and simplify maintenance change set and team APIs should be moved from Mylyn Context into Mylyn Versions and task related parts into Mylyn Tasks. Technically, change set management is based on resource monitoring and should not require interaction monitoring (it could be enhanced by it though).

Mylyn has been restructured, and our issue tracking has moved to GitHub [1].
