When the first column of the problem view contains an item that goes over several lines, the other columns are vertically centered which means I have to scroll to see which resource is the cause of the problem.

Please align all column values to the top.

Does this occur on Windows and Mac?
Comment 2 Aaron Digulla CLA 2011-08-26 07:22:12 EDT
Sorry, this is on Linux/gtk (Ubuntu 11.04, Gtk 2.24.4-0ubuntu2)

I think the problem here is that there is too much content in the first column, that makes for bad UI imo.

Arun, what happens if you change the valign of cell render from center o top ?
Does it look better ? What about a regular table (with images), will it cause the text to not draw aligned with the image.

My gut feeling tells me to not fix this bug (maybe it will improve for an odd case, at the risk of causing problems for the regular case). Sorry Aaron.
