Does the New EGL Record > Record from SQL functionality honor these preferences? The code I checked in originally had this logic commented out.

Zhu Zhi and I have talked about this, he will verify it when he continue your work in the record wizard. Also need to make sure that configurations that does not apply to EDT will be removed.
