1. Open a file, make it dirty.
2. Window > New Window
3. Open the same file, it is marked as dirty.
4. Ctrl+W > You will get a dialog warning you about the dirty file that's also opened elsewhere. Cancel it.
5. Try to close the window, it will just warn you about your unsaved changes without telling you that the same file is opened elsewhere.

The same applies for two dirty editors both opened on different workbench windows.

Note that the whole "Prompt to save on close even if still opened elsewhere" feature is broken in 4.3, see bug 410749.
