The Hudson connector does not properly disconnect the JMDNS container that is used for auto discovery which slows down shutdown. More details are captured on bug 348487.

Markus, Torkild, I would greatly appreciate if you took a look to verify if these changes make sense since I have very little knowledge of the ECF APIs.
