In https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=351578#c5 it is noted that TypeManager.eAdapaters().add... is called twice.

Duplicate eliminated. Pushed to master.

I don't think this needs to go in SR1 since in the total scheme of things duplicate calls of the empty TypeManager.notifyChanged() will not make an noticeable difference.
