Description sewflag CLA 2011-08-24 09:45:32 EDT
Build Identifier: 20110615-0604

I have several different Java UI classes (extends JPanel, AbstractBorder) and I was trying to create a new JPanel class and use the designer.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create several JPanel and AbstractBorder classes in the project
2. Create a new JPanel class
3. Open the class in designer
