CA does not show assist in the {} of button

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.create a button
2.invoke ca in the {}.
3.

Hi paul.
When I debug into it, I find The "getDeclaredData" function of HandlerBinding's parent's class FunctionContainerBinding. just return the "field" defined in Button. But In RBD it's return button's parent widget's field.
