adding a propertyTab for textAnnotation

Hi, 
While using bpmn2-plugin, I found that it would be easier to edit a textAnnotation with an extra property tab, so I write this patch.
It also enables the users to enter a text with multiple lines (till now, I could enter just one line per a textAnnotation)
Please review this patch.  It maybe make the plugin become more "user-oriented" :)

Moving from ASSIGNED status - this issue was resolved long ago.
