Provide support for auto-configuration of supported BPMN2 elements / attributes (using existing configuration)

Setting of default values for model objects is provided by the <modelExtension> element of the "org.eclipse.bpmn2.modeler.runtime" extension point.

If more extensive initialization (e.g. based on logic conditions) is required, please reopen this BZ.
