If we create a dataInput element in one task and try to create an InputSet in some other task, All dataInputs appear in the selection box and there is no way to identify which datInput belongs to which task.

Drop the attached file in your eclipse workspace .Go to UserTask2 properties panel. Select Advanced tab and then select inputSet form IO specifications. Click on the Edit button in front of the "Data Input Refs". You will see two choices having same name.
