Would be great to remove the instance dialog if possible.  And defer to the GUI page instance.

fixed in xdcconfig-j13 (xdctools 3.23.01)

installed 3.23.01.29_eng and used xgconf to create a few instances.

We no longer get the raw instance page!  What's more is that the new instance is autoselected and ready to be updated.

verify pass.
