A new version of ICU4J has been approved. We need to add it to Orbit. CQ: https://dev.eclipse.org/ipzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=5529
I've added the regular ICU4J JARs to Orbit and updated the map file, feature, and ip log in both HEAD and the Indigo maintenance branches. We expect to receive the ICU Base replacement JARs on Sept 2 and I will add them to the builds at that time.
Sounds like the fix this is required for will be moved to SR2, so also moving this bug's target, and will post to orbit-dev about changing the plan. See https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=348616
Sounds good. Thanks, David.
The ICU Base JARs are now available. I will add them to Orbit today. We're still targeting SR2, but we'll at least close this part off.
I've uploaded the ICU Base source JAR to the CQ. Once approved, I will add it to Orbit.
Both the ICU bundle and the ICU base replacement bundle have been approved for check-in under the parallel IP processing rules. I've released the bundles to HEAD as well as the Indigo maintenance branches and updated the feature, ip log, and map files accordingly. I'll keep this bug open as a reminder to kick off SR2 builds once SR1 is out the door.
The bundle is in the latest Orbit Indigo maintenance builds. Closing.

Actually I'll reopen this for now and we can wait until Dani et al are satisfied with the fix. Sorry for the swirl.

Well, I was just making sure I wasn't missing a hint :) ... closed or open is fine with me ... I'm sure Dani will let us know soon (there, giving a hint :)

Closing.
