When entering a valid registered email address into the 'Forgot Password' form, where that email address is associated with multiple accounts - an error message is returned indicating email address is invalid.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new account, wait for Context Editor to complete rendering then click on the 'Logout' link.
2. Create a second account with the exact same email, but a different user name.
3. When Context Editor has completed rendering for the 2nd account, click on the 'Logout' link.
4. On the Portal page, click on the 'Forgot Password?' link.
5. Enter in the email address used on both accounts, then click on the 'Send Instructions' button.
6. Notice the error message that appears.
