Hi,
I used the launch WebService Explorer menu, and in the inquiry url , tried to give my local juddi inquiry URL as 
http://localhost:8090/juddiv3/services/inquiry?wsdl

In the status section , it showed 
IWAB0139I The registry named juddi located at http://localhost:8090/juddiv3/services/inquiry?wsdl was opened successfully

When i try to find a business, it shows 
Transport Exception

Please help me in this.
