When adding or removing the team modifier of a class the package explorer
sometimes misses to update the class icon (team icon).

It seems when allowing time for the reconciler to work, updates work OK,
but when immediately saving after the change an update gets lost.

Fix

Fixed by applying the same strategy we were already using for the outline.
