In Error Log view, there's lots of NLS missing message.  Need to walk through all the UI functions and clear these message.

Those error logs are all org.eclipse.wst.* plugins. So we do not need to fix it.

Clear those unused message.

After the egl project was opened. egl error log was printed out.
The patch was provided for this defect.
