Drop actions are not being performed.
The Drop method is never called due to a problem with the Sequoyah framework (InstanceStatusCompositeDropAdapter.dragOver setting the wrong event details).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drag a file for any Sequoyah Device.
2. Drop the file.
3. Notice that nothing happens. Drop method was not called.
