On Indigo, M2e installation fails every time with this error message:

An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=SDKProfile, phase=org.eclipse.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=).

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Help->Install new Software
2. Select m2e, click next
3. Install fails with an error popup window
