Each (Java) file should have a proper copyright header "Copyright (c) 2011 Tasktop Technologies." (remove and others unless it applies). Also, each class needs to have one or more @author tags.

The @author tags need to have the full name, i.e. "Miles Parker" instead of milesparker.
