This leads to a missing tooltip in the Outline view on the sorting button.

The messages.properties uses the old oAW naming scheme:

AbstractOawContentOutlinePage_1=sort
AbstractOawContentOutlinePage_3=you click, it sorts
AbstractOawContentOutlinePage_4=a little by category and lexicographical sorter

Also the BUNDLE_NAME constant value in org.eclipse.xtend.shared.ui.core.i18n.Messages was wrong.
