Expected: In each response there should be at least a Protocol JSON message containing the RequestCounter (in "meta").

Actual: The RequestCounter is always sent using JavaScript and only via JSON, if there is a Protocol message containing other "actions".

Request counter is rendered *only* by the protocol ( message "meta" ). Changes are in CVS HEAD.
