The Papyrus wizards could be shown by default in the "New" context menu (while in the Papyrus perspective) without having to click "Other...".

For this, the Papyrus perspective needs to implement IPerspectiveFactory, and add the wizard with layout.addNewWizardShortcut(id) in method createInitialLayout.

It should also be possible to add (plugin) customized "new" context menus
for customized/proprietary DSL tooling.
