We need to update all of the manifest, make sure everything follows conventions, is properly localized, etc. We'll also need features.

I would suggest 0.9.0 as the version for all new bundles.

Are we good on this? I know there was a bug somewhere that mentioned the test bundles but I can't find it now. Anyway, those are taken care of as well, and we have a stable testing build.

I found the test info, it was actually not covered in bugzilla, but I think we're good there. As always feel free to re-open if you disagree about resolution.
