Sapphire sample, IChildElement's PROP_STRING_VALUE add the @NoDuplicates annotation.

List Properties -> Homogeneous -> List
- add 2 string value with the same name
- notice the duplicate validation messages

Fixed in 0.3.1 and 0.4 streams. Unit test TestModelingMisc0007 provides coverage. Please verify.
