this.fieldInfos[1] =new egl.eglx.services.FieldInfo("testFuncs", "testFuncs", "[eglx.ui.rui.EventHandler", , annotations);

Notice the second-to-last argument is blank - as in not generated.

I have a temporary fix to DelegateTemplate.genRuntimeTypeName() to generate a blank string that I will commit as a workaround for now.

fixed 
delegates are not included in json or xml.
we can revisit this as an enhancement for 1.0
